The Young Adult Ministry, in collaboration with the Men’s Ministry and several volunteers, has completed the initiative to repaint the Church building! This was the second phase of a cleanup effort to rejuvenate the Church in honor of the return to in-person services. The inter-generational group spent almost eight hours painting the exterior of the building, including the trim around the windows, doors, and edges.

After much discussion, the group decided to update the color from an autumnal orange to Wildwood Crest, a more sage-like hue. The trim was painted in a darker hue for contrast.

This iteration of the painting initiative was specifically meant to address the exterior of the building itself, but the Young Adult Ministry intends to extend this effort to other areas of interest as well. Future projects will include matching the entrance ramp to the trim, and eventually repainting the lines in the parking lot for increased visibility. We look forward to further opportunities to give back to our Church and community in the future. Please come visit us on Sunday morning to see the changes in person, we look forward to seeing you there!

Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God,
serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received.
